Research Team
Independent Hardware Curators

In the age of AI-generated reviews and marketing buzzwords, it’s getting harder to know what you are actually buying. Progressive Home Automation was built to solve one specific problem: Hardware Transparency.

We believe that a "Smart Home" starts with the chip. Is it an ESP32 or a locked Tuya clone? Are the relays rated for a real 16A load or are they cheap copies? Does the device require a neutral line?

We don't write subjective reviews. Instead, we aggregate and structure public technical filings (FCC, CE, and other regulatory reports) to show you the internal reality of IoT devices. We extract schematics, PCB photos, and chipset data so you can verify compatibility with Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT, or ESPHome before you spend a dollar.

Our Mission: To index the "guts" of every smart device on the market.
